This is what Raelynn’s seizures looked like when she was 1 year and 5 months old (she’s 8 years old now). This was a very brief seizure.
It may feel weird to “like” a video such as this, but it really does help us keep making videos of Raelynn’s life with seizures, which helps many parents who are going through similar things.

It’s unusual that Raelynn had a noticeable seizure that was so short. It’s not abnormal for Raelynn to have have many brief, quiet seizures, but it is fairly uncommon for her to have a seizure that has all the indications that it will be large and explosive, but ends up being very short. That’s what happened with this seizure.
We used to use an app called Seizure Tracker to monitor many of her seizures. It was very helpful as we wanted to be able to share data with her doctors, and also see if her seizures changed over time (they do).
