I’ve had this channel for over 4 years now. I hope to continue uploading to it, but I also have to get and stay healthy.

Part of trying to get healthier is also trying to get stronger. Here’s a challenge I’m taking.

Losing weight isn’t easy, but it might be a bit easier with the right motivation.

It may have been just another eclipse, but it was a great adventure.
