This is an old video of Raelynn when she was a 2 year old having a seizure. It was a tonic clonic seizure (also sometimes called grand mal seizures).
I know it may feel weird to “like” a video like this, but it really does help us continue making videos that help parents who are seeking answers about seizures.

Raelynn’s tonic clonic seizures are normally 4 to 5 minutes long, so this seizure was a bit shorter. That’s also not uncommon, though. While many seizures are longer, some are shorter.
We used to use an app called Seizure Tracker to record and monitor many of Raelynn’s seizures. You can find other seizures we (and others) recorded by searching YouTube for “ST Event.” It was very helpful as we wanted to be able to share data with her doctors, and also see how her seizures changed over time.
